For best performance, configurations shown in red should be avoided unless a strict budget dictates otherwise.

Although Martin Audio MA and E Series power amplifiers work well down to 2 ohms, other power

amplifiers often suffer sonic degradation or, worse still, shut down into low impedances. Always

check your intended power amplifier’s specifications and conduct listening tests before committing

to a very low impedance system design.
