...Slide down to the hard stop.
Slide safety pin into the hole.
Retighten the Dec clamp knob.
Plug in the RA to Dec jumper cable. Hint: You may wish to plug into the RA connector before attaching the DEC Assembly. Then attach the jumper cable to the Dec assembly after it is attached. Some users may find it difficult to reach in below the Dec assembly.
