INTRODUCTION
To get the best out of your new
apparatus, please read this user
guide carefully before using it for the
rst time. We also recommend that
you keep the instructions for future
reference, so that you can remind
yourself of the functions of your
apparatus.

Normal use of the apparatus
Incorrect use of this apparatus
may cause personal injury and
damage.
Use for its intended purpose
only. The manufacturer is not
responsible for any injury or
damage resulting from incorrect
use or handling (see also
Guarantee Terms).
For connection to 230 V, 50 Hz
only.
This symbol means that the
apparatus cannot be used in
the bath tub or near water, wash
basins, bowls or the like.
Never try to retrieve the apparatus
if it falls into water. First remove
the plug from the socket.
We recommend use of this
apparatus only if the installation
is protected by an HFI-/HPFI
relay. Please contact a qualied
electrician if in doubt.
Never try to open the apparatus
yourself and never force objects
into it.
Never leave unattended when in
use, and children may only use the
apparatus under the supervision of
an adult.
For domestic use only. Not for
outdoor or commercial use.
Do not block the air intake at the
rear of the apparatus when in
use. If the air intake is blocked,
the apparatus will overheat. If this
happens, the overheat cut-out will
automatically shut off power to the
apparatus. Switch off and remove
the plug from the wall socket.
Do not leave on clothes, bedding,
etc made from heat-sensitive and
ammable synthetic materials
while switched on or still hot.
Caution! The nozzles can get very
hot. They must not come into
contact with the skin, as this can
cause burns.
Do not use in the vicinity of
combustible or explosive liquids or
gases; e.g. in the vicinity of oxygen
cylinders.
In order to avoid burns, you should
avoid blowing hot air directly into
the eyes or on very sensitive skin.
Cord, plug and mains socket
Check regularly that neither cord
nor plug is damaged and do not
use if they are, or if the apparatus
has been dropped or damaged in
any other way.
If the apparatus or plug is
damaged, it must be inspected
and if necessary, repaired by
an authorised repair engineer,
otherwise there is a risk of electric
shock. Never try to repair the
apparatus yourself.
Remove the plug from the socket
after use and before cleaning.
Avoid pulling the cord when
removing the plug from the socket.
Instead, hold the plug.
The cord must not be wound
around the apparatus. Use the
cord rewind function.
Never allow small children to use
the cord rewind function, as the
speed of the rewind can cause
injury.
