Cooking using programs

You can set the cooking programs on the microwave oven yourself. A cooking program can consist of several different cooking stages (maximum 3) with varying cooking powers and times.

Example:

You want the oven to first 1) defrost your food for 5 minutes, then

2)cook it at 100 % power for 20 minutes and finally 3) cook it at 10 % power for 5 minutes.

Do as follows:

1.Press the "Defrost By Time" button (5).

2.Set the time for 5 minutes by turning the knob (9).

You have now set stage 1.

3.Then press the function button (7). The display shows "P 100" for 100 % microwave power (see the table above).

4.Select this power setting by pressing the function button (7).

5.Set the time for 20 minutes by turning the knob.

You have now set stage 2.

6.Press the function button (7) again. The display shows "P 100".

7.Turn the knob until the display shows "P 10" for 10 % microwave power.

8.Select this power setting by pressing the function button (7).

You have now entered a program consisting of 3 different stages. You can now start the program by pressing the start button (6) or cancel the program by pressing the stop button (8).

Cooking using pre-set programs (auto-menu)

With automatic cooking, it is not necessary to specify the microwave power and cooking time. You can choose between 8 different pre-set cooking programs:

A-1: Automatic reheating (Auto Reheat) (200 g, 400 g, 600 g)

A-2: Vegetable (200 g, 300 g, 400 g)

A-3: Fish (250 g, 350 g, 450 g)

A-4: Meat (250 g, 350 g, 450 g)

A-5: Pasta (50 g, 100 g)

A-6: Potato (200 g, 400 g, 600 g)

A-7: Pizza (200 g, 400 g)

A-8: Soup (200 ml, 400 ml)

If you wish to cook food (e.g. a pizza) using one of the pre-set programs, do as follows:

1Select the program using the button for selecting auto- menu (5).

2The display shows “A - 1”.

3Turn the knob (9) until the display shows the required program (here A-7 for pizza).

4Select the program by pressing the button for selecting auto-menu (5).

5You must now select the weight of the food (pizza) you want to cook from among the pre-programmed values. This is done using the knob.

6Press the start button (8) when the display shows the required weight.

Automatic defrosting (Defrost By W.T.)

The defrosting time and microwave power are set automatically when the weight is specified.

1.Place the frozen foods in the microwave oven.

2.Press the button for automatic defrosting "Defrost By W.T."

3.Select the weight of the food using the knob (9). Maximum 2000 g.

4.Press the start button (8) when the display shows the required weight.

Defrosting by time (Defrost By Time)

1.Press the button for defrosting by time "Defrost By Time" (4)

2.Set the required defrosting time using the knob. Maximum. 65 min.

Press the start button (8) when the display shows the required defrosting time.

Cooking using the timer

You can use this function to set the time you want the cooking process to start.

1.Start by setting the cooking (see, for example, “Cooking using pre-set programs") for a more detailed description of the process).

2.When you have done this, press the "Clock/Pre-Set" button

(3). The hour number now flashes.

3.Turn the knob (9), until the display shows the required hour.

4.Press the button (3) again. The minute number now flashes.

5.Turn the knob (9), until the display shows the required minute.

6.Press the button (3) to enter the setting.

7.Press the start button (8) to enter the setting for the timer function. Cooking now starts automatically at the time entered.

Rapid start

The microwave oven can be started rapidly without having to programme it.

1.Press the start button (6) once for each minute of cooking time. If the cooking time is 4 minutes, for instance, you must press the button 4 times.

2.The microwave oven now starts on full power.

CHILD SAFETY LOCK

The child safety lock prevents small children from using the microwave oven. The microwave oven cannot be operated as long as the child safety lock is active. The child safety lock is activated by holding the start button (8) pressed in for 5 seconds. A beep will be heard, and the display shows a padlock. The child safety lock is deactivated again by holding the start button pressed in for 5 seconds.
