CLEANING
•Wipe the kitchen scales and the roasting thermometer cord (6) and the plug with a damp cloth and a little washing up liquid, if necessary. Do not use scouring powder, steel wool or strong detergents to clean the kitchen scales, as this may scratch it.
•Wash the metal pin of the roasting thermometer in water with a little washing liquid.
