NO CALL: The caller memory is empty.
UNKNOWN CALLER: The incoming call does not have caller ID service or the service area is not linked to yours.
PRIVATE CALLER: The incoming call is registered as “Private Caller” and their information is withheld.
END OF LIST: There are no additional calls to be reviewed.

Make sure that the Caller ID service is turned on by your phone company. When you receive a call, the display will show the name, number, time and date of the caller between the first and second ring.
See above section, “What Your Caller ID Displays” if something other then the caller’s information appears on the display. The NEW CALL indicator will flash when new call(s) have been received.

The display will indicate the total new calls. When you want to check the calls received, press the REVIEW (▼) button.
You can also use the REVIEW (▼) ❶ or (▲) ❷ button to cycle through the past calls. Up to 80 numbers can be stored in the caller ID memory.
