Cleaning and care

Door seal

Do not use any oils or grease on the door seal as these will cause the seal to deteriorate and become porous over time.

The door seal should be cleaned regularly with clean water, then wiped dry with a soft cloth.

Active charcoal filter

Replace the active charcoal filters with new ones once a year. These are available from Miele.

^Turn the filters 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise.

^Remove the filters.

^Insert the new filters with the handle in the vertical position.

^Turn the filters 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise until they click into position.

After cleaning

^Replace all shelves in the appliance.

^Insert the plug in the power outlet and turn the appliance back on.
