Installation

External water drain

When drying is in progress, condensed water is pumped into the condensed water container through the drain hose at the back of the dryer.

The condensed water can be drained directly into a drain if the machine is installed near a sink or standpipe so that the condensed water container does not have to be emptied.

Drain hose length:. . . approx. 3 ft. (1 m)

Extension hose (accessory) . . 6 ft. (2 m)

Maximum Drain height: . . 4’ 11" (1.5 m)

Maximum Drain length . . . . . 13 ft. (4 m)

,Under special installation circumstances this dryer must be fitted with a non-return valve (accessory), see "Special Installation".

Max. drain height

with non-return valve: . . . . 3' 3" ft. (1 m)

Installing the drain hose

Do not pull or kink the drain hose,

this could cause damage!

^Unclip the drain hose from the clamps 1 and 2, and pull it off the holder, 3.

^The lower clamps, 4, can be opened to install the drain hose or to feed the power cable through.
