Ajuste de profundidad (sierras de 210 mm y 260 mm (8-1/4" y 10-1/4"))

1.Desconecte la herramienta.

2.Para ajustar la profundidad de corte, coloque la sierra en la orilla del banco de material y afloje la perilla del ajuste de profundidad, girándola en sentido inverso a un reloj.

3.Manteniendo la zapata apoyada plana contra el banco de material, levante o baje la sierra a la posición deseada. Para lograr un ajuste adecuado, la orilla del disco no deberá sobresalir mas de 6,4 mm (1/4") por debajo del material a cortar.

4.Gire la perilla del ajuste en sentido de un reloj para asegurar su posición. Apriete la perilla firmemente.

Tornillo de ajuste del bisel (184 mm, 210 mm, 260 mm (7-1/4", 8- 1/4", 10-1/4")) (Fig 5)

1.Desconecte la herramienta.

2.Para asegurarse de que la cuchilla está a 90 grados de la zapata, coloque la sierra al lado de la cuchilla y pliegue la guarda inferior.

3.Afloje la perilla o la palanca de ajuste del bisel. Coloque un cuadrado contra la cuchilla y la zapata para ajustar el ángulo de 90 grados.

4.Afloje o apriete el tornillo de ajuste del bisel hasta que la cuchilla se encuentre en un ángulo de 90 grados en relación a la zapata (Fig. 5).

5.En las sierras de 184 mm (7-1/4"), ajuste el indicador del bisel a 0 grados.

2.Para ajustar el ángulo de corte, coloque la sierra en la orilla del banco de material. Mientras sostiene la sierra por la empuñadura, afloje la perilla de ajuste del bisel (Fig. 6).

Mantenga presionada la zapata y dé vuelta a la sierra (sosteniéndola por la empuñadura) hasta lograr el ángulo indicado por las marcas en la escala del bisel (Fig. 7).

3.Apriete la perilla de ajuste del bisel.

3.Mantenga presionada la zapata y dé vuelta a la sierra (sosteniéndola por la empuñadura) hasta lograr el ángulo indicado por las marcas en la escala del bisel.

4.Aleje la palanca de ajuste de profundidad de la cuchilla y presione hacia abajo para fijar la posición.
