MITSUBISHI DIGITAL ELECTR ONICS AMERICA, INC. (“M DEA”) warrant s to the original purchaser of this LCD TV that if purch ased from an authorize d MITSUBISHI Audio/ Video
Dealer, should it prov e defective by r eason of imprope r workmanship an d/or mater ial:
a. Parts. All parts are warrant ed for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase at reta il. We will repair or replace, at our option, any defecti ve part without charge
for the par t. Parts used for re placement m ay be repla ced with th ose of like kind and qua lity and m ay be new or remanufact ured. Par ts used fo r replacemen t are warra nted
for the remainder o f the original war ranty perio d.
b. Labor. We will provid e the labor for a warr anty repair b y an authorized MI TSUBISHI serv ice center wit hout charge for on e year from the ori ginal date of purc hase at retai l.
c. Notice. To obtain wa rranty ser vice, you must not ify an author ized MITSUBISHI s ervice cent er of any defect w ithin the applic able warran ty time period.

a. Contact y our nearest authorized MI TSUBISHI ser vice center, whose name an d address ca n be obtain ed from your MI TSUBISHI deal er or by writ ing or callin g MDEA at th e
address and telep hone number provid ed below.
b. Warranty s ervice will be provided at an authorize d MITSUBISHI ser vice cent er, provided tha t your televisi on is located within the ge ographic terr itory cust omarily cover ed
by an authorized MITSUBISHI ser vice center. You mus t either deliv er or carry -in your tele vision to an aut horized serv ice locatio n at your own expen se, and pay for an y travel
and/or trans portation c osts to and from yo ur home.
c. Proof of purchase date from an aut horized MITSUBISH I dealer is required when requ esting warrant y service. Prese nt your sales receipt or othe r document which estab lishes
proof and date o f purchas e. T HE RETU RN OF THE OWNE R REGISTR ATION CARD IS NOT A CON DITION OF WARRAN TY COVE RAGE. However, please r eturn th e Owner
Registration C ard so that we can c ontact you shou ld a question of sa fety arise wh ich could affe ct you.
3. This LCD TV uses a revolutionar y technology that inc ludes film transist or to create the screen image. This tech nology creates the ima ge using small dots, or picture ele ments
(pixels). Your LCD TV is ma nufactured to a high level of perfec tion, in fac t, 99.99% p erfect in t he number of pr operly func tioning pixel s. As in tub e television, sometimes a
pixel is continuo usly active or in active. Our st andard is clear ; your pixels must be 9 9.99% perf ect in the number of p roperly func tioning pixels.
4. THIS WARRANT Y DOES NOT COVER :
a...............Up to .01% pi xel outages (sm all dot picture e lements that ar e dark or incorre ctly illumina ted).
b...............Cosmetic d amage or dama ge to this LCD TV or to any other produc ts where such damage is cau sed by unauth orized modif ication, al teration, re pairs to or s ervice
of the product by anyone other th an an authoriz ed MITSUBISHI se rvice cent er; physical a buse to or misuse o f the product ( including any f ailure to carr y out any maint enance
as described in the Owner’s Gu ide or any produ ct damaged by excessive phy sical or elec trical str ess); any pro ducts that h ave had a seri al number or any p art thereof altered,
defaced or removed; product use in any manne r contrar y to t he Owner’s Guide ( including, but not limited to, imprinted images on the viewing s creen); f reight da mage or
damage due to imp roper shipping methods; da mage caused b y use of third p arty moun ting bracket s or stands or any damage c aused by acts of God or othe r factors be yond
the reasonab le control o f MDEA, suc h as power su rge damage c aused by ele ctrical sy stem or ligh tning. This warranty also exclude s service where no def ect in the p roduct
covered under th is warrant y is found, ser vice calls r elated to uns atisfactor y audio or vis ual receptio n or signal unle ss caused by a defect in the product that is covered unde r
this warrant y, all costs, exp enses or any oth er damages aris ing from produc t installati on, or set- ups, any adjust ments of user co ntrols (inclu ding, contras t, brightnes s, color,
tint, fine tuning, sharpne ss), other adjustm ent necessar y to prepare the unit for display or use, connect ion with any external T V tuner, computer system, audio rec eiver, antenna,
cable or satellit e systems, or ser vice of product s purchased or ser viced outside t he U.S.A. Pleas e consult the opera ting instruct ions containe d in the Owner’s Guide fur nished
with the product f or informatio n regarding user c ontrols.
5. ANY EXPRES S WARRANT Y NOT PROVIDED HE REIN, AND ANY R EMEDY WHICH, BU T FOR THIS PROVI SION, MIGHT ARIS E BY IMPLICATION O R OPERATION OF L AW, IS
HEREBY EXCLUDED A ND DISCLAIME D. THE IMPLIED WARR ANTIES OF ME RCHANTABILIT Y AND FITNES S FOR ANY PART ICULAR PURPO SE ARE EXPRES SLY LIMITED TO
A TERM OF ONE YEAR .
6. UNDER NO C IRCUMSTANCES SHALL MDEA BE LIA BLE TO PURCHAS ER OR ANY OTHER P ERSON FO R ANY INCIDENTAL , SPECIA L OR CONSEQUEN TIAL DA MAGES,
WHETHER ARISING O UT OF BREACH OF WAR RANTY, BREA CH OF CONTRAC T, OR OTHERWISE.
7. Some state s do not allow limi tations o n how long an implie d warrant y lasts , or the exclusion or limitat ion of in cidental, special or consequen tial damag es, so th e above
limitations or ex clusions may not ap ply to you.
8. This warrant y gives you speci fic legal righ ts, and you may also h ave other right s which vary fr om state to sta te.
