Your phone reboots, then shows a
green robot on the screen.
Tip: If you activate the wrong prompt or
run into problems, you can start over by
forcing a reboot.
6.When the green robot appears, press
Volume Up and Volume Down together.
The recovery menu appears. Press the
volume keys to scroll to the factory
reset option, then press Power to
activate it. Press the volume keys to
scroll to the Yes confirmation, then
press Power to confirm.
7.When the reset is complete, press
Power to choose reboot from the
recovery menu.
