Personal Organiser Features

Calendar

Use Calendar to schedule and organise events such as
appointments and meetings. Youcan review your schedule of
events for the day,week, or month, and have the handset play a
reminder alarm for specific events.
Note: Ensure the correct time and date are set before using
Calendar (page83).

Adding a Calendar Entry

Youcan enter the following types of Calendar entries:
•
Appointment
– An entrywith a start and end time (for example, a
meeting)
•
Reminder
– An entry that does not need a time (for example, a
birthday)
•
All day event
–A n entrywi tha start and end date, but no specific
times. Use an all day event for anentry that lasts a whole day
or several days (for example, a conference).
