Shortcut: From the home screen, press K under Contcs and select [New Contact].

1Enter a name for the new entry, then press r. The entry’s name can contain up to 20 characters.

2Highlight a Ringer, then press r.

3Select the entry type (Mobile, PTT ID, Work1,

Work2, Home, Email, Fax, Pager, Talkgroup, Msg Group, IP, or Other). To store a PTT ID, choose PTT ID.

4Enter the number for the entry, then press r.

5Press K under Save to save the entry.
