Making Calls

Using One Touch BoostTM

Walkie-Talkie

One Touch BoostTM Walkie-Talkie sets your phone to call the most recent BoostTM Walkie-Talkie number on the Recent Calls list, or a BoostTM Walkie-Talkie number you choose, every time you press the BoostTM Walkie-Talkie button. See “Setting One Touch BoostTM Walkie-Talkie” on page 56.

Missed Phone Calls

When you miss a call, this icon V and the number of phone calls you have missed appear briefly.

With the Flip Open

If you want to dismiss the missed call message, press A under Back. -or-

If you want to view the missed call on the Recent Calls list, press A under View.

With the Flip Closed

If you want to dismiss the missed call message, press ..

If you want to view the missed call on the Recent Calls list, press . twice.

Using Speakerphone

Turning on speakerphone makes incoming sound come out of the phone’s speaker instead of the earpiece. Speakerphone is available whenever you are on an active phone call.

With the Flip Open

To turn speakerphone on or off:

Press A under Spkr. -or-

Press t.

With the Flip Closed

When you make a call with the flip closed, speakerphone is always on.

Opening the flip turns speakerphone off.

Using Mute

Muting calls lets you listen to incoming sound without transmitting sound. Mute is available whenever you are on an active call.

To turn mute on:

Press A under Mute.

While mute is on, Unmute appears as a display option.
