Service Features
Messaging
Messaging lets you send and receive messages that
may include text, pictures, and audio recordings.
Your messaging address is PTN@messaging.sprint.com.
Your PTN is your ten-digit Nextel Personal Telephone
Number.

Accessing Messages

Select > Messaging.
To open a message:
Select a message thread.

Creating and Sending Messages

Each message you create may contain the following
fields:
To — the phone numbers or email addresses of one
or more reci pients.
Note: You messaging address is only needed if someone is
sending you a message from an email account.
Phone-to-phone messages only require your phone
number.
Tip: To make sending messages faster and easier, slide out
the QWERTY keyboard to compose your messages.
