Find it: s> c Call History > Outgoing Calls

This means that, from the home screen:

1Press the center key sto open the menu.

2With c Call History highlighted, press the center key s to select it.

3Press the navigation key Sto scroll to Outgoing Calls, and press the center key s to select it.
