Feature	Description
Compose and	Compose and send an email or
Send Email/	SMS message from Contacts:
SMS Message	Start	> Contacts > select a contact
from Contacts	> select an email address or (SMS)
	phone number > select Text Messages
	or Outlook E-Mailfor your email > enter
	in your message > press Send		.
Insert	In the body or subject text field of
Predefined	your message:
Text into	Menu	> Insert Text > scroll to a
Email/SMS	desired text template > press
Message	Insert	.
Edit	Edit the predefined text:
Predefined	Start	> Messaging > Text Messages/
Text	Outlook E-Mail/Media Messages > Menu		>

Options > Edit My Text

Insert Voice Recording into Email

In the body text field of your email:

Menu > Insert Recording > Record > Done

Tip: You can create only 1 voice recording at a time. A new voice recording replaces the prior recording.
