Possible Solutions

! Check the coaxial cable at the modem and wall outlet and hand-tighten if necessary.

! Check the IP address (follow the steps in “Verifying Your IP Address”

on page30);

call your service provider if you need an IP address.

! Check that the USB or Ethernet cable is attached at the modem and your computer.

! Check that Acrobat Reader 4.0 is installed and selected.

! Remove the USB driver using the instructions for a Windows 98 or

Windows 2000/Windows Me computer that appear on the following pages.
