Recording a Voice Name
When creating a contacts, scroll to Voice Name and press RECORD (+). Press and release the voice key and say the entry’s name (in 2 seconds). When prompted, press and release the voice key and repeat the name. Press DONE
Note: This option is not available for entries stored on the SIM card.
Dialling a Number
Press M > Contacts > entry to call. > N
Voice Dialling a Number
Press and release the voice key, and say the entry’s name (in 2 seconds).
Sorting Contacts
Press M > Contacts > M > Setup > Sort by, then select whether you want to sort the contacts list by Name, Speed No., Voice Name, or Email.
When sorting by name, you can view All numbers or just the Primary number for each name. To set the primary number for a name, see page 71.
Viewing Entries By Category
Press M > Contacts, press M > Categories, then select whether you want to view All entries, entries in a predefined category (Business, Personal, General, VIPs), or entries in a category you created.
