(EL “SOFTWARE”) Y EL SERVICIO TAL COMO SE DISPONE EN ESTE ACUERDO.

1Licencia limitada. AOL le otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva para usar el Software solamente para la plataforma especificada para tener acceso al Servicio.

2Restricciones de uso. Usted no puede crear o utilizar cualquier otro software diferente del Software proporcionado por AOL para tener acceso al Servicio, sin la expresa autorización escrita de AOL. Usted no puede modificar, someter a operaciones de ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desarmar el Software o en cualquier forma determinar, descifrar u obtener el protocolo de comunicaciones para tener acceso al Servicio. No puede adaptar, alterar, modificar, traducir o crear trabajos derivados del Software sin expresa autorización escrita de AOL. No puede bloquear, deshabilitar o afectar de otra forma cualquier publicidad, ventana de publicidad, vínculos a otros sitios y servicios u otras características que constituyen una parte integral del Software y del Servicio.
