3Su declaración. Usted declara y garantiza que utilizará el Software y el Servicio sólo para propósitos válidos y de acuerdo con este Acuerdo y que no utilizará el Software ni el Servicio para violar ninguna ley, regulación u ordenanza o cualquier derecho de AOL o terceros, incluidos, sin limitación, cualquier derecho de privacidad, publicidad, copyright o marcas comerciales.

4Costos. Consulte su plan de tarifa y el acuerdo con su proveedor de servicio para determinar si el Servicio se incluye en su plan de tarifa o si se pueden aplicar otros cargos.

5Término. Si viola este Acuerdo, su derecho a utilizar el Software y el Servicio terminará de inmediato y sin aviso. También puede terminar este Acuerdo al dejar de utilizar el Software y el Servicio.
