•No data charges will be incurred for receiving the Headline and Intro information.

•Data charges willapply when you hit the More button on your screento launch MEdia Net and get the Full Detail for a specific headline. Data charges also apply when you go to Manage My Channels.

•There may also be a monthly charge for select channels. You will be notified of any cost before you elect to add a channel.

•Updates occur automatically within Cingular coverage areas and while roaming.

•To stop content updates while roaming, go to Ticker > Connections > Download and change to “Home Network”*.

Note: You will NOT incur roaming charges for downloads outside the home network, including the Headline and Intro. Changing to the Home Network setting may degrade performance.
