Your phone rings and/or vibrates to notify you of an incoming call or another event such as a new message. This ring or vibration is called an alert.

set a style

Find it: s> t Ring Styles

1Scroll to Style and press CHANGE or the center key s.

2Scroll to the style you want (see page 19) and press SELECT or the center key s.

alert settings

Your phone includes alerts for Ring Volume, In Call, Message Tone, Alarms, Voicemail, Key Volume, Reminder, and Info Services. You can specify a setting for each alert.

Note: You can’t specify settings for alerts if Style is set to Silent.

1Scroll to style Detail and press SELECT or the center key s.

2Scroll to an alert type and press CHANGE or the center key s.

3Select the setting you want.
