In the viewfinder, press Options to open the camera menu:

Brightness	Change the setting from 0 to +6.
Auto Timer	Set a 5 or 10-second timer.
Light	Choose Automatic, Sunny, Cloudy, Night, InHome, or
	InOffice.
QVGA	Set resolution to QVGA(320x240), 0.3M(640x480),
(320x240)	1.3M(1280x960), or QQVGA (160x120).
Effect	Choose setting, such as, Sunset, Warm, Cold,
	Negative, Color Range B, Color Range G, Color Range R,
	Sepia, or Gray Scale.
Storage	Switch between phone memory and
	memory card storage (if inserted).
Display	Choose setting, such as, Auto-Save, Exposure,
Settings	Shutter tone, Image Quality, Flicker, or View Free Space.

Tip: Press Sleft/right to change options, then press Options to see settings.
