Common Problems & Solutions

| Does not turn on | • Check that the cord is plugged in and that the power switch on the back panel is on. |

| • Ensure that the distance between the projector and screen is within the adjustment range of the lens. |

This section explains conditions that you will encounter when operating your MT1020 while displaying an SXGA (128021024) image.
When a menu or message is displayed while an SXGA image is projected, several lines of information will be lost.
When the "LAMP USAGE 2000 HOURS" message appears, several lines of information will be lost.
The "LAMP USAGE 2000 HOURS" message will not appear when the freeze button is activated.
SXGA images inherently display a 5 to 4 ratio, resulting in an image that appears to be smaller and more square than the 4 to 3 format commonly displayed.
