6.3 Operation at night
INSUFFICIENT AMBIENT ILLUMINATION
If you encounter insufficient ambient illumination, use the Infra/Red illuminator (5). Activated by rotating switch (10) clockwise. The illuminator beam can be focused for optimal results, by rotating the lens.
If brightness of the screen is decreasing, replace the batteries. Take out the batteries during long periods of non- operation.
