Symptoms
The disc does not play
No display
No sound
Remedies
Load the disc with the label side up, and firmly
pressed into the center. Make sure the disc is
free from scratches or fingerprints.
Use the right region disc. 
AV cable is disconnected. Connect the cable firmly.
