DClose the Connector Cover

Close the connector cover when the connectors are not in use. Foreign matter in the connectors can interfere with data transfer.

ATelevision Playback

Volume can be adjusted using the controls on the television; adjusting volume on the camera has no effect. Use of an EH-5b AC adapter and EP-5E power connector (available separately) is recommended for extended playback.

AElectronic VR

Electronic vibration reduction (0 134) can not be used while an HDMI cable is connected.

To control the camera remotely from a device that supports HDMI-CEC (High-Definition Multimedia Interface–Consumer Electronics Control), select On for HDMI device control in the camera setup menu. For information on using a remote control, see the television manual.
