3 Insert the battery and a memory card.

The camera stores pictures on microSD, microSDHC, and microSDXC memory cards (available separately; 0 173). Before inserting the battery or memory cards, check that they are in the correct orientation. Using the battery to keep the orange battery latch pressed to one side, slide the battery in until it latches, and then slide in the memory card until it

s clicks into place. Do not attempt to insert the card at an angle; failure to observe this precaution could damage the product.
