VACUUM SYSTEM MOTOR FILTER CLEANING

1.Drive the machine on a level floor.

2.Disconnect the power supply cable (3) from the electrical mains.

3.Remove the recovery water tank retaining plate (36).

4.Open the recovery water tank.

5.If necessary, drain the water from the tank in order to make the filter visible.

6.Check that the pre-filter is clean. If necessary clean it with water and compressed air, then install it.

7.Perform steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the reverse order.

SOLUTION/CLEAN WATER FILTER CLEANING

1.Disconnect the power supply cable (3) from the electrical mains and place it on the holder (4).

2.Drive the machine on a level floor.

3.Close the solution tap (A, Fig. 5) under the machine, behind the right rear wheel. The tap (A) is closed when it is in the position (B) and it is open when it is in the position

(C).

4.Remove the transparent cover (D), then remove the filter strainer (E). Clean and install them on the support (F).

NOTE

The filter strainer (E) must be correctly positioned on the housing (G) of the support (F).

5.Open the tap (A).

FUSE CHECK/REPLACEMENT

1.Disconnect the power supply cable (3) from the electrical mains but do not place it on the holder (4).

2.Move aside the recovery water drain hose (12).

3.Remove the power supply cable (3) from the holder (4).

4.Remove the screws (A, Fig. 6) and carefully move the panel (B).

5.Check/replace the following fuse:

(C)Electronic board fuse F1: (1 A)

6.Perform steps 2 to 4 in the reverse order.
