SICHTPRÜFUNG:

Packen Sie Ihren MX 107 C vorsichtig aus und kontrollieren ihn auf Transportschäden. Jede Maschine wird vor dem Versand nochmals getestet und kontrolliert. Eventuelle Transportschäden sind vom Spediteur zu verantworten. Informieren Sie den Spediteur unverzüglich, wenn Sie Schäden an der Transportkiste bzw. an der Maschine oder ihren Teilen feststellen.

REINIGUNGSMITTEL:

Wir empfehlen Flüssigreiniger. Es können auch Pulverreiniger verwendet werden. Sie müssen jedoch sehr gründlich gemischt werden, weil sich sonst Rückstände in der Pumpe, den Schläuchen, im Wärmeaustauscher und/oder den Schnelltrennungen bilden. Defekte aufgrund solcher Rückstände fallen nicht unter die Gewährleistung. Verwenden Sie einen neutralen Reiniger mit einem pH-Wert zwischen 6 und 9, um einen vorzeitigen Verschleiß der Pumpe, Dichtungen und/oder anderen Baugruppen zu vermeiden. Durch den Einsatz agressiver Chemikalien verursachte Schäden fallen ebenfalls nicht unter die Gewährleistung.

WARTUNG:

Um beste Ergebnisse mit der Maschine zu erzielen, spülen Sie sie am Ende jeden Arbeitstags mit klarem Wasser. Spülen Sie die Maschine mindestens einmal im Monat mit einem Spülmittel, um etwaige mineralische oder chemische Ablagerungen zu beseitigen. Die Saugmotoren und die Pumpe sind grundsätzlich wartungsfrei. Jedoch müssen die Bürsten der Saugmotoren nach 1.000-1.500 Betriebsstunden erneuert werden. Für die Reinigung des Gehäuses verwenden Sie einen Allzweckreiniger und für den Schutz eine Autokunststoffpflege. Die Räder, Rollen und Schnelltrennungen schmieren Sie mit einem Allzweck-Silkonspray.
