Ice Mario
Find an Ice Flower to turn into Ice Mario. Then you can hurl ice balls at enemies to freeze them solid.
Throw Ice Balls

to throw ice balls. Any enemy hit with an ice ball will freeze into a block of solid ice. A frozen enemy will not be able to move for a bit.
