Find your phone’s label

When you call the Nokia Customer Care Center or your service provider, you will need to provide specific information about your phone. This information is recorded on the phone’s type label. The type label is located under the battery inside the phone’s back cover. It contains the model and serial numbers as well as other important information about your phone. Please do not remove or deface the label.
