To change sending options for one message, in standby mode, select Menu > Messages > Text messages > Create message > Options > Sending options, and Mark or Unmark the setting you want to change:

Change other settings

When the message memory is full, your phone cannot send or receive any new messages. However, you can set your phone to automatically replace old messages in the Inbox and Outbox folders when new ones arrive.

1.In standby mode, select Menu > Messages > Text messages > Message settings > Other settings.

2.Select the setting you wish to change:

Message font size—SelectSmall font or Large font.

Message overwriting—SelectSent items only, Inbox only, S. items & Inbox, or Off.

Save to sent items as sending— Select to Always save, Always prompt, or Off.

Queue msgs. when digital unavailable—SelectOn, On prompt, or Off.

Distribution lists

You can send a text message to multiple recipients at one time. First, you must create a distribution list using the entries in your contacts list.

1.In standby mode, select Menu > Messages > Text messages > Distribution lists.

2.Select Options > Add list. Enter the name of the list, and then select OK.

3.Select Options > Add contact, and then select a contact and a phone number you want to add to the distribution list. Repeat this step to add any additional contacts.
