■Business cards
You can send and receive a person’s contact information as a business card from a compatible device that supports the vCard standard.
To send a business card, find the contact whose information you want to send, and select Details > Options > Send bus. card.
When you receive a business card, select Show > Save to save the business card in the device memory. To discard the business card, select Exit > Yes.
■Settings
Select Menu > Phonebook > Settings and from the following:
Memory in use — See "Add contact details” p. 33.
Phonebook view — Select how the names and numbers in Phonebook are displayed.
Name display — Select whether the contact’s first or last name is displayed first.
Font size — Set the font size for the list of contacts.
Memory status — View the available memory capacity.
■Groups
Select Menu > Phonebook > Groups to arrange the names and phone numbers into caller groups with different ringing tones and group images.

■Profiles
Your device has various settings groups called profiles, for which you can customize the device tones for different events and environments.
Select Menu > Settings > Profiles, the desired profile, and from the following:
Activate — Activate the selected profile.
