Automatic redial — to set the phone to make a maximum of 10 attempts to connect the call after an unsuccessful call attempt

Show call time and Summary after call — to set the phone to display the call duration during a call and the approximate duration of the last call

Speed dialing — See "Speed dial," p. 41.

Anykey answer — to answer an incoming call by briefly pressing any key, except the left and right selection keys, volume keys, power key, or end key.

Call forward

1.Select Menu > Settings > Config. > Phone > Call forwarding (network service).

2.Select which calls you want to forward, for example, Voice calls.

3.Select the desired option. For example, to forward voice calls when your number is busy or when you reject an incoming call, select If busy.

4.Select Options > Activate and the phone number to which you want to forward the calls. Several forwarding options can be active at the same time.

Network

To set the phone to indicate when it is used in a cellular network based on microcellular network (MCN) technology and to activate cell info reception, select Menu > Settings > Config. > Phone > Network > Cell info display.

Connection

Select Menu > Settings > Config.> Connection and from the following:

Bluetooth — to turn Bluetooth connectivity on or off, and edit Bluetooth settings. See

"Bluetooth connection settings," p. 45.

Data Cable — to edit USB settings. See "USB data cable," p. 46.

Destinations — to define the connection methods used for reaching a particular destination

Data counter — to set the data counter connection and access points

Wireless LAN — to show available WLANs and test connectivity

Data call — to set the online time for the data call connection. The data call settings affect all access points that use a GSM data call.

Video Share — to set video sharing on or off, SIP profile, video saving, preferred memory, and alert note

SIP configuration — to set or edit the default or existing profile

Configurations — to view and delete configuration contexts. Certain functions, such as web browsing and multimedia messaging, may require configuration settings. You may receive the settings from AT&T.

APN control — to add new access point names
