To connect an external device such as a VCR, use the jacks labeled C. To use an external device, you will need to select the Line In mode. To select the Line In mode, press and hold down the Play and Volume increase buttons simultaneously for about five sec- onds. The indicator above the Ionizer button will flash.
To use the CD player again, you will need to select the CD mode. To select the CD mode, press and hold
down the Play and Volume increase buttons simulta- neously for about five seconds. The indicator above the Ionizer button will flash.

Make sure the interactive stand is turned off. Remove the ionizer and wipe the steel blades with a soft, damp cloth. Press the ionizer back onto the console. Make sure the ionizer is fully seated.

The console, upright, and base can be cleaned in the same way. To reduce the possibility of electric shock, avoid spilling liquids on the interactive stand.
Problem: Your exercise equipment does not respond to signals from the interactive stand.
Solution: Press and hold down the Ionizer button for about eight seconds to select the test mode. The light above the Ionizer button will begin to flash. Move the interactive stand until the console of your exercise equipment sounds a tone. If the console does not sound a tone, call our Customer Service Department
