Auto Mode

Shooting in the Auto Mode

In the A (auto) mode, you can set image mode, white balance, continuous

shooting and color options in the shooting menu, and take pictures.

1Press the shooting mode button in shooting

mode.

The shooting-mode selection menu will be displayed.

2Press the multi selector H or I to choose A

and press k.

•The camera enters A (auto) mode.

•Press d to select an option from the shooting menu.

3Frame the subject and shoot.

BAvailable Functions in A (auto) Mode

In addition to the items in shooting menu, flash mode (A26) can be changed and self-timer (A28),

macro mode (A29) and exposure compensation (A30) can be applied.
