Insert the SmartMedia in the correct direction.
Push the SmartMedia card fully into position.
Set the POWER/LOCK switch to ON.
The display appears.

Set the POWER/LOCK switch to OFF.
Raise the SmartMedia ejection switch.

Setting Time/Date
Press the MENU button.
Press the FF/+ or REW/ button to choose the time/date setup screen.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 to set the time and date:
