To repeat a programmed sequence (see “Programmed Play”), press REPEAT while the programmed se- quence is playing. REPEAT appears, and the CD player continuously replays the programmed sequence.

To cancel repeat play at any time, repeatedly press REPEAT until REPEAT disappears from the dis- play.

PROGRAMMED PLAY

You can program up to 32 tracks from any loaded CDs to play in any order you choose.

Programming and Playing a Sequence of Tracks

1.Press STOP to cancel any CD function.

2.Press PROGRAM. The display shows PROGRAM - - - P-01

(the first empty position in the programmed sequence).

3.Select the CD containing the tracks you want to store.

4.Press SKIP/TUNING or Ÿ on the system (or SKIP/TUNING Programming and Playing a Sequence of TracksPROGRAM - - - P-02. Down on the remote control) to select the track you want to store.

5.Press ENTER. The track is stored and the display shows

PROGRAM - - - P-02.

6.Repeat Steps 3–5 to program additional tracks.

Note: FULL appears on the dis- play after you store the 32nd track.

7.Press CD PLAY/PAUSE. The CD player plays the tracks in the programmed order. PROGRAM, the current disc and track num- ber, and the track’s elapsed time appear on the display.

8.To stop playing a programmed sequence, press STOP.

Notes:

During play, you can press SKIP/ TUNING or Ÿ on the system

(or SKIP/TUNING Manual background Down or

Up Manual backgroundManual background on the remote control) to select a programmed track.

Pressing DISC/SKIP has no effect while a programmed sequence plays.
