Note: For FM stereo reception, open the cassette compartment cover and door, and set STEREO/MONO to STEREO. ST appears on the display when an FM station is received in stereo.

4.Tune to the desired station.

Manual Tuning: Repeatedly press DIGITAL SCAN Ÿ or ¤ to tune up or down the selected band. To rapidly tune the band, hold down DIGITAL SCAN Ÿ or ¤ .

Seek Tuning: Hold down DIGITAL SCAN Ÿ or ¤ for about 2 seconds. The SCP-85 tunes up or down the selected band, then stops at the next higher or lower station with a strong signal.

Press DIGITAL SCAN Ÿ or ¤ again to stop scanning.
