Follow these steps to connect the SCP-87 to AC
power.
1. Set the adapter’s voltage swit ch to 3V.
2. Insert the adapter’s 3.4 mm outer diameter/1.3
mm inn er di am eter tip into the adapte r’s cord, so
it reads –TIP.
3. Insert the plug in to the SCP-87’s DC 3V ja ck .
4. Plug the adapter into a standard A C outlet.
Note: Connecting the AC adapter automatically
disconnects internal batteries.
