USING THE RADIO

Listening to the Radio

Make sure that you have headphones or speakers connected
to the SCP-98.
Note: To protect your hearing, set – VOLUME + to its lowest
setting before you turn on the radio.
1. To turn on the radio, set STEREO/MONO/TAPE to STEREO
for stereo sound on FM stations. STEREO appears dur-
ing FM stereo reception. Set STEREO/MONO/TAPE to
MONO f or monaural reception.
2. Adjust – VOLUME + to a comfortab le listening level.
