LOCKING THE SCP-98

You can lock the SCP-98 to prevent accidentally changing the

station you are listening to , replacing a stored station, or set-

ting the time or a larm. When your settings are locked, LOCK

appears on the display and you cannot adjust the tuner or set

the clock or the alarm.

To lock or unlock your selected settings, hold down ALARM

STOP, then press MODE/LOCK.

Note: You can still adjust the volume when the settings are

locked.
