1.The batteries in the parent unit are not fully charged. Charge the parent unit for 14 hours before use.
2.The power to the baby unit may be turned off or disconnected, and or the Baby unit may be turned off. Reconnect the AC power adaptor to the baby unit and or turn on the baby unit.
