2 ibs. ground beef

16 oz. can stewed tomatoes salt and pepper

2 cups stuffing mix cup catsup

1 large diced onion

Place meal, stuffing and salt and pepper and diced onion in a large bowl. Blend the stewed tomatoes until .you reach a desired texture. Now add the tomatoes to meat mixture by mixing lightly with hands until thoroughly blended. Place into an greased baking pan. Brush top 0f mixture with catsup. Bake al

350” for about 45 minutes. Let stand minutes to cool before transferring to a serving platter.

 

Hamburger Pie

1 lb. ground beef

1 can tomato sauce or soup

2 large potatoes

cup of shredded cheese

114 cup of water

small diced onion

tsp. Chili powder

tsp. Garlic powder

1 cans kidney beans

 

Cook hamburger (drain grease) Add in chili powder, garlic powder, diced onion and kidney beans, mixing thoroughly. Now add the 1 can 0f tomato sauce or soup along with l/4 cup of waler. Bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes (stir occasionally) ‘Peel the large potatoes and boil In water for 40 minutes Dram the water and mash the potatoes to a smooth consistency. Now put the cooked hamburger mixture in a 3 inch deep casserole dish. Evenly spread the mashed potatoes across the top of the hamburger mixture Take the 3/4 cups 0f shredded cheese and evenly spread on top 0f the potatoes Place casserole in toaster oven for 15 minutes at 350” or until cheese melts
