2 large egg whites (beaten) | 1 3/4 tsp, vanilla | ||

Mix flour, cocoa, cinnamon, cream ot tartar and baking soda in a large bowl. In another bowl mix the prune puree, applesauce, honey, vanilla and egg whites. Slowly add to the flour mixture until thoroughly blended (do not over mix). Place mixture into a glass baking dish and bake at 325” for
