●Touch AF Area Selection may not be effective in the following cases.

• When the subject is too small

• When the recording place is too dark

•When the subject is moving quickly

•When there are other subjects or a background of similar color as the subject

• When the camera is shaking • When using zoom

●If Touch AF Area Selection fails, the AF area blinks red and then goes out. Try touching the screen again.

●If Touch AF Area Selection does not work, [AF MODE] will record with (1-area focusing).

●During [INTELLIGENT AUTO] Mode, the camera will determine the touched subject to be the optimal scene.

●Touch AF Area Selection will not work in the following cases.

•Scene Modes [STARRY SKY], [FIREWORKS]

•Motion Picture Recording Mode
