Charging the Battery
Use the dedicated charger and bat tery.
•The battery is not charged when the camera is shipped. Charge the battery before use.
•Charge the battery with the charger indoors [10 oC to 30 oC (50 oF and 86 oF)].

The battery that can be used with this unit is DMW-BCM1 3PP.
Connect the AC cable.
Attach the battery, paying attention to the
direction of the battery.
•The [CHARGE] indicator A lights up and charging
begins.

On: Charging.
Off: Charging has completed. (Charging time: Approx. 165 min)
