Place original against guide.

CFace DOWN on platen.

CIf the original is not positioned properly, a portion of the original may not be copied.

■When manually selecting exposure control

CThe copier has auto exposure control and adjustments are rarely required.

	PHOTO	Select Photo to copy photos and halftones.
	AUTO
		Select Auto to copy with Auto exposure control.
	DARKER
		Select Dark to copy light image originals.
	LIGHTER	Select Light to copy colored background originals.
